Your eyes are important! If you need a good diagnosis, the man to go to is Dr Christian Wertenbaker on City Island Avenue next to IGA Supermarket..
However, he is not the best at giving you the best prescription eyeglasses.
The best Optometrist in the Bronx, is Dr Eva Yan, who is at Metro Optical in Westchester Square and Parkchester.
This Chinese woman is the best Optometrist, I have ever been to.
Dr Wertenbaker still holds title as best diagnostician or eye diseases.
Make your appointment with Dr Eva Yan and not another Optometrist!!

True Story!
A Relative was complaining about his eyes.
I told him, Dr Wertenbaker was the best eye diagnostician in the NYC area.
This bigot relative then said, " I don't want to go to that Jew!"
I then told him that Dr Wertenbaker's first name is Christian! :lol:
