A "Main Bus B undervolt" is a NASA technical term in Apollo Command Module spacecraft.
It was first used by Astronauts on Apollo 13 after a small explosion crippled the Service Module and caused a severe loss of power, almost killing the Lunarnauts.
The term was repeated for the movie Apollo 13.
It is sometimes said nowadays, when electrical problems like no power occur in almost any kind of vehicle
